About HourAndBill

HourAndBill is made by AirTiki ApS, a small software company that builds Windows programs for people who would rather own their tools than rent them. We started this one for a simple reason: the desktop program many solo lawyers and consultants used for years to bill their time moved to a subscription — and if you stop paying, your own billing records go read-only.

We think your hours, your matters and your invoices belong on your own computer, in a file you control, in a program that works the same in five years as it does today. So HourAndBill is free, has no account, and sends nothing to a server.

What we believe

• Software you rely on should keep working without a renewal hanging over it.
• Client billing records should not sit on someone else’s server.
• A solo professional needs a timer, matters and invoices — not a practice-management suite.

Early Access

We are building HourAndBill in the open and releasing it first as a free preview. People who try the preview shape the final version. If something is unclear or missing, tell us. We read every message.
