1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and AirTiki ApS (“we”). They cover this website and the HourAndBill Early Access Preview. HourAndBill is free of charge.

2. The preview

The Early Access Preview is free, provided “as is”, and may be incomplete or change without notice. You may install it on computers you own or control for personal evaluation. You may not sell it, rent it, reverse-engineer it, or remove its notices.

3. Not legal, tax or accounting advice

HourAndBill keeps time records and does arithmetic. It does not tell you how to bill, what your bar association or professional rules require, or how to handle client funds. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or accounting advice. Check your professional rules or ask an advisor about your own situation.

4. Your data

Your records stay on your computer. Backing them up is your responsibility. We are not liable for loss of data on your device.

5. Trademarks

Sage and Timeslips are trademarks of The Sage Group plc or its affiliates. TimeSolv, Bill4Time, Clio, Toggl, Harvest and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with any of them; we mention them only to describe compatibility and comparisons.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or the preview. Our total liability for the free preview is limited to zero; for paid products it is limited to the amount you paid.
