Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AirTiki ApS (“we”) collects when you use the HourAndBill website and the HourAndBill program, and what we do with it. The short version: your time entries, clients and invoices never leave your computer, and this website collects only ordinary visit statistics.

1. The program

HourAndBill stores everything you enter — clients, matters, time entries, rates, invoices — in a file on your own computer. We do not receive it, cannot see it, and do not back it up for you.

The Early Access Preview sends a small technical report to our server when it is installed and when it is first opened: a random install ID created on your computer, the program version, your Windows version, and the country derived from your IP address. It does not send your name, your email, your clients or any billing data. If you join the waitlist from inside the program, the email address you type is sent to us so we can notify you about the launch.

2. This website

We use two analytics services to understand how the site is used:

• Google Analytics 4 — pages visited, approximate location, device type, and actions such as clicking the download button. IP addresses are truncated by Google.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymous session recordings and heat maps that show how visitors move through pages. Form fields are masked.

When you download the preview, our server records the time, the page you came from, your browser type and your country. We use this only to count downloads.

Both analytics services set cookies. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker; the site works the same without them.

3. Contact form and email

If you write to us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and follow up. We do not add you to any mailing list unless you ask.

4. What we never do

• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• We do not show third-party advertising on this site.
• We do not upload, read or analyze your billing records.

5. Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing, by emailing support@hourandbill.com. Residents of the European Economic Area have the rights set out in the GDPR; residents of California have the rights set out in the CCPA. We respond within 30 days.

6. Data retention

Website analytics are kept for up to 14 months. Download and install reports are kept for up to 24 months. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to help you and for legal record-keeping.
